What’s the role?
You’ll be right at the heart of the action—leading activities, hyping up groups, and making sure every visitor (from kids to corporate teams) has an amazing, safe, and memorable day. From birthday parties and school tours to summer camps and weekend thrill-seekers, no two days are the same. All instructors typically cross train across our entire activity offering.

We’re looking for people who are:

• Energetic, positive, and great with people
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Happy to get stuck in and try new things
• Reliable on weekends (this is a must!)
• Ready to bring the fun while keeping things safe

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and delivering activities safely
• Creating unforgettable experiences for all ages
• Supporting your teammates and keeping things running smoothly
• Helping maintain a clean and welcoming environment

Hours & season:

• Start: May 2026
• 22-37.5 Hours
• Full-time hours for summer months
• Weekend Hours from September (ideal for college and school goers)
• Rate per hour offered depending on experience and statutory minimum wage requirements.

Bonus points if you:

• Have your own transport
• Can work midweek as well as weekends
• Have experience (or interest) in sports, leisure, or hospitality

Hiring process:

• Shortlisting → in-person screening
• Once selected, you will be invited in for an informal activity session, this gives us a chance to meet you and for you to see what we are all about.
• Short In person interviews will take place following the activity session
• Paid trial shift for successful candidates

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18-35 per week

Pay: €10.00-€14.25 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Red Hills, County Kildare: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
