What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of sushi chefs and front-of-house staff
• Drive daily operations, service standards, and sales performance
• Maintain impeccable food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards
• Manage inventory, rostering, and operational efficiencies

Skills and Experiences:
About You

• Proven leadership track record within the hospitality or food sector.
• Specialized sushi experience is considered a distinct and highly valued advantage.
• Uncompromising dedication to quality, ingredient freshness, and an elevated guest experience.
• Mandatory compliance qualifications holding a current Food Safety Supervisor ticket and NSW RSA.
• Valid Driver’s Licence is strictly required for this role.
• Confident, hands-on operator ready to establish, launch, and lead operations from day one.
