What You'll Do

Keep the energy high from 5am unlock to close
Lead, mentor, and inspire a fresh crew to deliver flawless sushi service
Manage inventory, budgets, and operations to create a profitable hotspot
Maintain impeccable food safety, presentation, and quality standards
Oversee sushi and sashimi preparation that wows every customer

Skills and Experiences:
About You

Experienced in high-volume hospitality with proven leadership skills
Holds Food Safety Supervisor ticket and RSA
Driver’s License and reliable transport for early starts
Skilled in sushi and sashimi preparation—hands-on knife mastery a must
Available for rotating seven-day roster and brings consistent A-game energy
Proactive, hands-on, and ready to make a lasting impact at a new venue
