What You’ll Do

• Build and energise a team that delivers main-character energy every shift
• Oversee operations across a rotating roster between 5am and 8pm
• Drive sales and make this new outlet the terminal’s must-visit food destination
• Manage inventory, quality, and waste to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain food safety, compliance, and a spotless environment without killing the vibe

Skills and Experiences:
About You

• Proven experience leading teams in food, retail, or hospitality
• Passion for fresh, plant-based, and wellness-forward food concepts
• Food Safety Supervisor ticket and current NSW RSA
• Driver’s Licence to access Sydney Domestic Airport
• Barista skills or qualifications are highly desirable.
• Bold, hands-on, and ready to build a venue people will remember
