Emmaus Inc., a non-profit in Haverhill, MA, seeks a Case Manager for the Coordinated Entry Rehousing Program to become part of our hard-working, solutions-driven team. Make a difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness by helping them to rebuild their lives and reach their fullest potential.

This is a part-time Housing Case Manager/Specialist position. The successful candidates will assist homeless individuals in searching for and securing stable housing, connect consumers to needed community services, provide stabilization support to those placed in housing, assist with landlord/tenant mediation, and write/maintain ongoing progress notes and monthly stabilization reports.

Emmaus is willing to provide training and support to help the right person grow into the job.

Requirements of the Case Managers:

· Must be able to work on-site Monday and Tuesday, 10 am to 4 pm. Wednesdays and Thursdays, 12 noon to 6 pm.

· Associate's Degree in a human service or related field is preferred but not required (experience may be substituted for education).

· Experience working in human service or customer service environments.

· Bi-lingual Spanish /English preferred but not required

· Strong written and oral English communication skills.

· MUST have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

· MUST be able to pass a screening for a safe driving record and CORI check.

· MUST be fully vaccinated for COVID-19

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
