We don't just want "aptitude"we want someone who knows a 10-bolt from a Dana 44 and can pull a suspension assembly without breaking a sweat (or the part).

The Work

This isn't light maintenance. Youll be in the yard, teardown-ready, focusing on:

• Major Driveline: Rapidly pulling differentials, axles, frames, and leaf springs.

• Body & Collision: High-quality removal of hoods, fenders, and doorskeeping resale value intact.

• Quality Control: Calling out the good, the bad, and the cracked before it hits the shelf.

• Efficiency: Navigating the yard and managing your own workflow to maximize your output.

The Payoff: Commission-Driven Earning

We value your hustle. Youll start on a $25 hr training rate (max 60 days) while you learn our inventory system. Once youre up to speed, you move to our Pay-Per-Part Commission Plan.
