Air Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning is a 2nd generation family-owned company. Our Company specializes in designing, engineering, and installing complete comfort systems for owners of new and existing homes. We are looking for an individual looking to get into the industry and grow with our company, installing new equipment in customer's homes. Our company is focused on creating a great experience for customers and employees. We will continue to develop lasting relationships with our customers through the commitment and integrity of our people.
What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact, you’ll guide clients with clarity and confidence:
- Qualify inbound leads for fit, scope, budget, and timeline
- Generate Leads
- Conduct in-home consultations with professionalism and empathy
- Develop precise scopes and estimates in Company provided software
- Present transparent proposals that instill trust
- Manage change orders and document decisions clearly
- Own all communications from start to finish.
- Collaborate with project manager for seamless transitions
- Monitor KPIs and optimize your sales approach
What You’ll Bring

- 3+ years in residential Mechanical sales & estimating (required)
- Strong understanding of trade scopes and project sequencing
- Highly accountable, clear communicator, and fast follow-through
- Organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy
- Passion for helping clients make smart, stress-free decisions
- Bonus: experience or active in local networking groups
