Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients in your designated territory. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth through effective business development strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and expanding our market presence.

Duties

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
• Manage existing accounts while developing strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, allowing for tailored sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales plans and strategies.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and how they meet client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote products and expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or territory management, preferably in a technical or related field.
• Strong skills in business development, account management, and sales management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies that align with business goals.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with inside sales processes is a plus but not required.
• A background in technical sales is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

• 1099 contract
• Monthly bonus
• Uncapped commission
