Outside Sales Representative

Overview
BRM Constructors is a full service residential/commercial general contractor. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our remodel division. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence from Naples to Fort Myers. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for achieving sales targets while effectively managing their territory.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities for upselling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
• Utilize software tools to manage customer accounts, track sales activities, and analyze market trends.
• Run company set and self generated appointments.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with inside sales team to align strategies and share insights on customer needs.
• Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries in a timely manor.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel throughout your assigned territory.

Experience

• Proven experience in remodel sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong skills in customer service with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with territory sales techniques is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a strong track record of closing deals successfully.
• Experience in technical sales or the ability to quickly learn product details is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using software tools for managing sales processes and analyzing data is desirable.

Pay: Up to $300,000.00 per year
