- Strategic Sales Generation: Develop and implement sales generation strategies, optimizing processes to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Possess a strong understanding of electric motors and power delivery systems, including their design, operation, and integration in various applications.
- In-depth understanding of industries and customer needs in Northern Manitoba and Ontario, with a focus on regional market dynamics and relationship management.
- Sales Presentation Mastery: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations or demonstrations, focusing on product benefits and suitability.
- Present proposals to customers: Achieve sales targets utilizing sales techniques, policies and philosophies of the company, and service center capabilities
- Customer Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth discussions with prospective customers to assess their needs and evaluate potential for sales conversion.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM system to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Leadership Support: Provide guidance and support to team members, sharing the best practices and contributing to team success.
- Professional Development: Actively engage in professional development activities to enhance sales skills and stay updated on industry trends.
- Proven track record of success in outside sales roles.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, adept at optimizing operations and driving efficiencies.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactical sales plans.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Electrical and electro-mechanical component function knowledge.

Salary: (80,000.00 to 100,000.00 + commission)
