Primary Responsibilities:
· Meet or exceed assigned sales goals with new and existing clients
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
· Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
· Develop leads through outbound prospecting efforts.
Duties
· Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential business clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
· Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
· Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
· Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
· Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using our reporting system.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, production and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
· Technical Solutions: Develop thorough understanding of company product lines to be able to provide product solutions to support customers’ business needs.
· Training: Provide on-site/hands-on and remote training on the proper and safe processes for product installation to customers.
Qualifications:
· 3+ years experience in B2B sales, preferably in the event rental industry.
· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
· Proficient in using MS Office Suite.
· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
· HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
· A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
