Outside Sales Trainee – Central Hardwoods (Dallas–Ft. Worth)

Our Outside Sales Trainee program is designed to help you succeed. You’ll receive on-site training, gain product knowledge, and learn directly from experienced mentors. We believe in creating a positive, productive environment where your ideas and contributions are valued.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with clients and help them choose the best products for their projects
• Communicate clearly with customers (Spanish bilingual skills appreciated, but not required)
• Provide accurate information on inventory, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Assist walk-in customers at our will-call desk with prompt, courteous service
• Investigate and resolve customer issues with professionalism
• Compile and pursue sales leads, making follow-up calls and emails to qualify opportunities
• Collaborate with a supportive team while developing your own client base

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $68,350.10 per year
