Job Description

As an Outside Services Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our members and guests from the moment they arrive until they leave. Your duties will include handling golf bags and ensuring that golf carts are clean and ready for use. The ideal candidate will golf knowledge, enjoy working outdoors, and possess strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cart staging area.
• Maintain the cleanliness around the clubhouse.
• Clean and prepare golf carts for use.
• Provide directions and information about the course, facilities, and services to members and guests.
• Assist with tournament setup and breakdown as needed.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Basic knowledge of golf and golf course operations is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry golf bags and other equipment, up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $15.70-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
