Outsourcing Program Manager

As part of our controlled and progressive development of outsourcing, we are looking for an Outsourcing Program Manager. Reporting to the Support Functions Department, you will initially be part of a unit dedicated to managing outsourcing, and will eventually assume responsibility for it (key role in the organization, management and optimization of our outsourcing projects).

Your mission: to manage operational decisions and back office outsourcing contract negotiations.

You will be working in an international context, with frequent trips abroad (Romania, India).

Main tasks :

Pre-project studies

• Example: Carrying out and managing Make or Buy analyses.

Operational management of strategic outsourcing projects

• Manage end-to-end outsourcing projects (analysis, implementation, follow-up).

• Organize and manage strategic calls for tender.

• Prepare and lead performance reviews of strategic suppliers.

Training and support

• Train and support business relays in outsourcing project management.

• Structure best practices and ensure internal skills transfer.

Governance and compliance

• Oversee the governance of outsourcing contracts.

• Check the compliance of contractual documents, invoices and procedures.

Documentation and reporting

• Centralize and manage outsourcing-related reporting.

• Draft and update standard documents and develop appropriate management tools.

The profile we're looking for
With a 5-year degree, you have at least 10 years' experience in negotiating complex contracts or outsourcing projects.
Solid skills in project management, strategic analysis and bid management.
Excellent command of Excel for reporting and management.
Knowledge of outsourcing governance processes and regulations.
Fluency in French and English.
