We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ouvrier(ère) horticole to join our team. Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning using hand tools and power tools
• Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery according to project specifications
• Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed to promote healthy growth
• Clear debris, weeds, and overgrowth to keep outdoor spaces tidy and aesthetically pleasing
• Support the installation of new landscaping features and structures
• Follow safety protocols when handling tools and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries

Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, irrigation systems, and gardening techniques is preferred
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, horticulture principles, and plant care practices is advantageous
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining physical stamina
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Prior experience in gardening or landscaping is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Good teamwork skills and reliability are essential for success in this role
