We are looking for an Overhead Line Commissioning and Maintenance Specialist to join us on our journey to a Brighter Future


Key Responsibilities


  • Overhead Line Inspection and Commissioning
  • OHL Maintenance Inspection training
  • Drone Contractor Inspection audits
  • Condition Assessment Reporting
  • Design constructability support to OHL design teams

Knowledge, Skills and Experience


Working as part of this dynamic team, you will always have new challenges and new problems to solve – working together is key. You will have the autonomy to choose how best to tackle tasks and solve problems with the support of your colleagues.


Essential


  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Transmission Overhead Line Inspection and Commissioning
  • Preparation and delivery of OHL inspection training
  • Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures, design standards including Health, Safety & Environmental Standards, legislation and Electrical Safety Rules.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of ESB processes and practices.

Qualifications


Essential


  • Level 8 Engineering/ other relevant 3rd level qualification or equivalent work experience

Location

This role is based in either E&MP Dublin/Portlaoise offices but travel to project locations as required is a key requirement of the role.

Reporting to the Senior Team Leader, Mobile bays & DC battery systems team, Substations Maintenance, TDE


Salary


€57,000 to €68,000
