Overnight Dispatcher & Warehouse Support

Location: Little Rock , AR

Schedule: Overnight shift (full-time, 5 days per week)

About the Role

We’re hiring a dependable Overnight Dispatcher to keep critical shipments moving after hours. You’ll coordinate with drivers, track deliveries, and provide light warehouse support. This role is onsite at our Bentonville facility—where reliability, presence, and accountability matter most.

Responsibilities

Dispatch and monitor overnight deliveries.

Communicate with drivers and clients to resolve issues quickly.

Maintain accurate shipment logs and dispatch records.

Perform light warehouse duties: update inventory, stage small parts, general upkeep.

Ensure the warehouse is ready for morning operations.

Qualifications

Prior dispatch or logistics experience preferred.

Strong computer and multitasking skills.

Clear, professional communication under pressure.

Able to commit to overnight hours only.

Comfortable handling small parts (generally under 10 lbs).
