Job Description-

The Pacific Northwest Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales within the Pacific Northwest for all three of Centor’s product lines. Hardware, Screens and Doors. Territory includes Northern California, OR, WA, ID, MT, WY, UT, and Western Canada. Territory Managers are required to identify opportunities, develop relationships and build brand awareness for all Centor product lines.

As part of the sales management process, Territory Managers work closely with their dealer’s sales staff and engage in product and sales training, as well as installation and service training with their customers technical staff and installers.

Daily interaction with OEM’s for hardware components and Window and Door dealers for screens and doors is required.

Territory managers are responsible for building relationships with architects and designers through coordinating and completing AIA presentations on their own, as well as, in conjunction with dealers.

Territory managers will work closely with Inside sales staff, plant floor production, engineering and R&D to see through customer opportunities.

Candidate-

1. College degree or equivalent prior experience in related field.

2. Min 3-5 years sales experience. (Window and Door experience preferred, but not required)

3. Knowledge/relationships with Window and Door dealers in the Pacific Northwest strongly preferred.

4. Should have general residential construction knowledge.

5. Travel required- 60% - 75%

6. Territory- Northern California, OR, WA, ID, MT, WY, UT, and Western Canada.

7. Professional and polished presenter, negotiator, and self-starter.

a. Must coordinate and complete AIA presentations and product demonstrations with dealers and architects.

8. Must be able to complete hands on installation and service training with dealers, installers, builders and contractors. In both a showroom and “in the field” conditions.

a. Must be comfortable/capable working on constructions sites.

9. Excellent technical aptitude.

a. Ability to complete field service inspections, trouble-shooting, and repair with dealers.

10. Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

11. Positive attitude and team player.

12. Excellent computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
