Package room is doing packaging, labeling, boxing, palletizing, paperwork, cleaning, changing out the machine for different size packages and more. Some computer knowledge is helpful. All will be trained. There is sometimes you will need to help load the smoker than you would be handling raw but mostly would be working with the cooked product. Hours are Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm. Time varies some from busy to slow times but not much. Interviews will be at the Bourbon location at 1009 12b Road.
