Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer/Shipper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing products for shipment, ensuring that all items are packed securely and accurately, and maintaining an organized shipping area. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.

Responsibilities

• Pack products securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Label packages accurately with shipping information and tracking numbers.
• Prepare shipping documents and maintain accurate records of shipments.
• Inspect products for quality assurance before packing.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the packing area.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing and labeling.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating package dimensions and weights.
• Familiarity with shipping software (Fed Ex, UPS and freight)
• Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
