JF Perfumes is a growing online store selling 100% authentic Arabic and designer fragrances. We're looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly assistant to help with day-to-day operations in our home-based workspace (garage) in Conroe, TX.

What you'll do:

- Pick, pack, and label perfume orders carefully

- Answer customer messages and help with orders

- Help with social media tasks (photos, simple posts, replying to comments)

- Keep inventory and the workspace organized

- Other general tasks as needed

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, sometimes until 12:00 PM when it's busy (15-20 hours/week). More hours possible as the business grows.

Pay: $16/hour. Start: ASAP.

What we're looking for:

- Detail-oriented and careful with fragile items

- Reliable, on time, and good with people

- Comfortable with a phone and social media

- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

- No experience needed, we'll train you

Location: Conroe, TX (home-based business). Exact address shared only with selected candidates.

Hiring process: a short phone or video call, references, then a video interview.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
