Description:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a capable, service driven Team Leader (Leading Hand) to supervise a pick packing team at our Operations in Homebush NSW.

Your key responsibilities as a Team Leader include:

• Be the champion of team culture - motivating and driving your team to success!
• Ensuring orders are packed and picked according to all appropriate procedures.
• Organising production activities ensuring objectives and targets are achieved within required time frames.
• Driving the WHS program, ensuring the team follow all appropriate safety systems and processes.
• Collaborating with the quality department to ensure assurance and systems compliance.
• Providing leadership, daily direction, and clear information for staff.

Skills and Experiences:
We are looking for an individual with the following capabilities:

• Experience Pick Packing in fresh produce or similar industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading a small-medium size team.
• Ability to coordinate activities efficiently and effectively.
• Strong team player with good communication skills, fostering a great team culture.
• Forklift licence highly regarded but not essential
• Open to career development and progression.
• Ability to work in an a rostered capacity with early morning (6am) starts.
