Key Responsibilities:

In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Packing team, ensuring smooth processes, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will:

• Lead and support the Packing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure targets are met while fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee daily operations, including rostering, coordinating with other departments, and working on the Packing line to maintain seamless production.
• Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and implementing practical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols to maintain a safe, high-quality work environment.
• Manage documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping in line with operational and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Bring:

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• Strong experience in a manufacturing environment, including supervisory experience on a production line
• Practical knowledge of GMP, GDP, GLP, or ISO 9000 standards
• Hands-on machine operation experience, with a focus on identifying and implementing process improvements
• Proven people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and guide a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, along with strong numeracy and data analysis skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and SAP, and a keen eye for detail
• A collaborative approach with the ability to engage with team members and other departments
