Paid Search Specialist – Google Ads Specialist
OUR ROLE
Join our global in-house digital marketing team to accelerate growth through social media advertising for Wedgwood, Waterford, Royal Doulton, and Royal Albert across key markets in Europe, North America and Australia.
This position is based in Espoo, Finland and reports to our Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Search. The role is full-time and hybrid.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS GROUP
In this role, you’ll be part of our in-house team of digital marketing experts working across paid search, paid social and organic search. We plan, run and optimise digital marketing activities globally to drive sustainable growth for several premium and luxury brands, including Georg Jensen, Royal Copenhagen, Iittala, Moomin Arabia, Wedgwood and Waterford.
You’ll be the paid search specialist for Wedgwood, Waterford, Royal Doulton, and Royal Albert, working at the core of a dedicated brand cluster alongside a Senior Media Planner, Paid Social Specialist, and colleagues from the marketing, content and e-commerce teams. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager leading the paid search team, you’ll also collaborate with fellow Paid Search Specialists working across other brands to share knowledge, spar on ideas, and continuously develop channel expertise.
Responsibilities
  • Planning, launching and optimising all campaign types in Google Ads
  • Setting up structured tests and analysing campaign performance to generate insights and actionable recommendations
  • Working closely with the rest of the team to look for growth and efficiency opportunities
  • Optimising product feeds using Data Feed Watch, and managing Merchant Center
  • Collaborating with the broader digital marketing team to identify new growth and efficiency opportunities
  • Staying up to date with platform development, best practices, and industry trends—proactively and through ongoing dialogue with our partners
  • Sharing learnings and contributing to a collaborative, knowledge-driven team culture
WHO YOU ARE
You’re a hands-on, performance-focused marketer who thrives in a dynamic, data-driven environment. With a strong interest in paid search and a full-funnel mindset, you enjoy testing, optimising, and uncovering insights that drive results. You’re curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative, always looking to learn and contribute to team success.

Skills and Knowledge
  • Able to work holistically, optimising and continuously developing the full Google Ads offering (Shopping, Pmax, Search, Display, Demand Gen, YouTube), and is either experienced in Microsoft Ads/Bing or interested in learning
  • Analytical by nature and keen on testing, experimenting and finding insights in data
  • Solid understanding of relevant KPIs in driving sales/profit, and how to develop them further
  • Open to working closely with Google and implementing best practices, new features/campaign types, and joining betas
Education & experience
  • BA (economics, business, marketing, technology, etc. relevant field)
  • +2 years of hands-on experience working in search engine marketing across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Proven ability to work full-funnel with a focus on driving both brand and performance
  • Strong analytical skills with a test-and-learn mindset, and the ability to turn insights into hands-on actions
  • Experience with feed-based advertising and feed management platforms such as DataFeedWatch
  • BA in a relevant field such as economics, business, marketing, or technology
  • Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in paid social channels or programmatic display is considered a plus
