Your responsibilities at waterdrop:
As a Paid Social Manager (f/m/d), you will drive global customer acquisition through performance-focused campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Reddit, and more. You will manage campaigns end-to-end, optimize performance, and deliver measurable impact for our business.
- You plan, set up, and manage paid social campaigns across multiple global markets, ensuring campaigns run flawlessly and meet business goals.
- You analyze performance data on key metrics (CAC, AROAS, CLTV) to optimize and provide actionable insights and maximize ROI.
- You design and execute A/B and multivariate testing to discover high-performing strategies and creative approaches.
- You collaborate with internal teams including Paid Social, Performance Creative, Social Media, Brand, Copywriting, CRM, and E-commerce to ensure campaign alignment.
- You communicate complex performance insights clearly and confidently, ensuring alignment and understanding across teams and stakeholders.
- You stay ahead of platform trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools, bringing innovative, data-driven ideas to elevate campaign performance.
- You own significant monthly budgets across multiple markets, optimizing performance while maintaining full control and accuracy.
- You proactively identify new growth opportunities, test bold ideas, and continuously push performance beyond benchmarks.
Your strengths and qualifications:
- You have at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- You bring 3+ years of experience performance-focused Paid Social media buying across global markets
- You are proficient with Ads Managers (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) and campaign analytics tools.
- You bring a strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization, leading A/B testing efforts and leveraging insights to improve campaign outcomes and continuous improvement.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and are a fast learner with strong prioritization, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- You are detail-oriented and maintain accuracy even while managing complex, high-volume campaigns.
- You are trusted to make smart, data-informed decisions independently.
- You are an excellent communicator and collaborator, with the ability to align multiple stakeholders across departments.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 45.000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
