Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, scraping, caulking, priming).
• Apply paint, stain, and coatings precisely using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Work on a variety of significant projects, including residential, commercial, and government properties.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, strictly following company and OSHA safety standards.
• Assist with job site setup, material transport, and general labor duties.
• Inspect all finished work to ensure the highest quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn – prior experience is a huge plus, but motivated beginners are welcome!
• Basic knowledge of painting techniques and surface preparation (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in using common painting tools (brushes, rollers, sprayers).
• Comfort working safely on ladders, scaffolding, and in various job site environments.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• A firm commitment to safety protocols and adherence to company policies.
• Reliable transportation to various job sites.
• Must provide your own basic tools.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends as needed

Work Location:

• Various job sites within the Saratoga Springs, NY area.
