Under general supervision, repairs, patches and paints walls due to damage from wheelchairs, various carts, and water damage due to leaks. Fills, paints and stains wood and metal handrails. Installs vinyl and wood wall coverings for protection from damage. Performs monthly pre-maintenance and assists maintenance department with related work as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
Training: No formal education required.
Experience: Two years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience as a painter or self-employment in the painting trade or as a skilled painter's helper.
