Able to work in a team atmosphere.

Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s licence to get to and from job sites.

Working at heights is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential painting tasks, including preparation, priming, and finishing.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various tasks.
• Assist in construction painting projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Restore surfaces through sanding, patching, and drywall repair as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality workmanship.

Skills

• Proficient in residential painting techniques and methods.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Experience with power tools and hand tools relevant to painting and construction work.
• Knowledge of drywall installation and repair processes.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
