Pay: $1,200–$1,600/week based on pace, paid weekly.

Job Overview

• Paint apartment interiors (full units and partial/bedroom-only turns) at an active student housing property
• Work as part of a crew
• Daily unit assignments

Requirements:

• Painting experience preferred (turn/apartment experience a plus)
• Own basic painting tools
• Reliable transportation to San Marcos
• Able to start immediately

Schedule: Full-time, daily work through the turn window
