An opportunity has arisen for a Pakistan Travel Consultant at Club Travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with their travel arrangements
  • Conversing with our clients by phone and email and walk-in
  • Advise current and prospective clients about destination options.
  • Making changes, requesting refunds
  • Dealing with airlines
  • Promoting fares/offers on social media platforms within the Pakistan community.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in GDS, preferably Amadeus and Galileo
  • At least 12 months experience in travel
  • A strong client focus.
  • Office based in Dublin.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent Urdu.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • An ability to work in a busy and demanding environment and to work well as part of a team.
  • A positive can-do attitude and customer-friendly approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €25,400.00-€26,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
