We are hiring a reliable Paneer Making Worker to join our dairy production team. You will handle the daily crafting, pressing, and packaging of high-quality paneer.

Key Responsibilities

• Boil milk and monitor temperatures accurately.
• Curdle milk using food-grade coagulants safely.
• Drain whey using traditional muslin cloths.
• Press blocks to achieve the perfect texture.
• Cut paneer into standard commercial sizes.
• Pack products and label them for distribution.
• Clean equipment to maintain strict hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior dairy or commercial kitchen experience preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
• Skills: Comfort working in warm, humid environments.
• Hygiene: Strict adherence to food safety rules.
