Paneuropean Sr. Program Manager, Global Logistics
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) - Significant experience in program or project management
Amazon Marketplace is a large and fast-growing business where millions of Customers transact with hundreds of thousands of Selling Partners. To accelerate growth, Selling Partners leverage Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) and join the PanEuropean (PanEU) program, the top choice to boost their FBA sales across Europe, delivering the best Customer experience. PanEU offers Selling Partners the service to pack and ship their products, moving their inventory across Europe, optimizing speed and cost. Our team shapes the PanEU value proposition, building scalable solution to make Selling Partners’ selection available to Customers across every European Store, with the sharpest possible prices and with locally available inventory. We develop scalable systems and services to enable world-class logistics. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our growing organization. In this role, you will be defining the vision for how Sellers expand and grow in Europe. You will get the opportunity to solve problems while working in a fast-paced environment, leading and implementing new initiatives. You will own developing and executing against a multi-year roadmap, leveraging data and insights from our Sellers to deliver innovations which help Sellers grow and expand their business in Europe. You will create project plans, develop processes, coordinates and drives execution, and communicates to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate will leverage program and project management experience, combined with deep analytical capabilities and a keen sense of innovation, to lead complex projects from conception to completion. This role can be based in London, Luxembourg, or Madrid. Key job responsibilities - Work with cross-functional teams, including business, compliance, and tech teams to support key initiatives and ensure successful delivery. - Partner with key stakeholders to define the strategy, vision and roadmap to grow the PanEU program and product. - Work backwards from the needs of our Selling Partners and develop initiatives and technology to delight our Selling Partners and drive large scale improvements in their businesses. - Manage project plans, milestones from design to launch. Foster collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize resource allocation and project success. - Report the status of program and product initiatives to Senior leaders. - Identify and measure product and business metrics to drive improvements and better understand our Customer’s and Seller’s needs - Identify and mitigate risks, preventing them from escalating into major issues.
  • Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
  • Experience leading process improvements
