Job Location: 5800 Bristol Parkway, Culver City, CA Position Type: 4 months with possible extension Pay Rate $35/hr with benefits Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required; • At least five (5) years related law firm or in-house experience in Marketing and Advertising law; • Excellent oral and written communication skills; • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and a willingness to learn other systems, including Henkel’s contract management and collateral review software systems; and • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail; • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, managing competing demands and frequent changes, delays or unexpected events; • Excellent time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations, and organizational skills; • Strong problem solving and prioritization skills Marketing and Advertising • Review marketing and advertising assets (e.g. product labels) and advertising media (e.g. print ads, sell sheets) as well as social media content; • Coordinate with R&D and Regulatory functions to ensure adequate testing protocols and proper substantiation for all claims on product labels and marketing collateral; • Work with Marketing personnel to ensure all deadlines for review are met; • Attend weekly and/or biweekly brand-specific team meetings to discuss and align on assignments;

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
