Overview

We are seeking owner-operator drivers with their own vehicles(Sedan, SUV, or minivan).

Pay $1.40 per delivered pkg.

Start Date: ASAP.

There are approximately 80 to 160 packages on each route.

Pickup Location: Markham / Etobicoke

Pickup time: 6-8 A.M.

The route needs to be properly completed the same day.

Delivery areas: Brampton, North York, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Scarborough, Ajax, Markham, Aurora, Bradford, East York, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Midtown, and surrounding areas.

Toronto Downtown: $1.50-1.60 per delivered package.

Barrie:$2per delivered pkg.

Peterborough: $2.10 per delivered pkg.

Payout: Semi-Monthly(First pay takes time), Bank Transfer (No-Tax Deducted).

Scanning & loading done by the courier.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport freight and goods to designated locations
• Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance or repairs when necessary
• Maintain proper documentation of deliveries, including delivery logs and receipts
• Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws during transportation
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate delivery schedules
• Assist with loading/unloading cargo that may require automotive repair skills or heavy equipment operation

Experience

• Proven experience in commercial driving, freight handling, or related logistics roles
• Familiarity with forklift operation, heavy equipment operation, or automotive repair is preferred
• Valid driver’s license appropriate for commercial vehicle operation
• Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and delivery processes
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and customers

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $137.60-$350.00 per day
