About the role

We are an e-commerce company looking for a reliable person based in Dublin to handle deliveries on our behalf. You will receive parcels at your address, check them, and forward them to our customers using prepaid shipping labels that we provide.

Responsibilities

• Be available to receive 1–2 parcel deliveries per day, Monday to [Saturday]
• Check each parcel on arrival for damage and confirm the contents match the order
• Send a confirmation to our team the same day
• Print and attach the prepaid shipping label we send you
• Drop the parcel at the nearest [An Post / courier drop-off point] within 24 hours of receiving it
• Send us the drop-off receipt or tracking confirmation
• Store parcels safely until they are dispatched
• Report any missing, damaged or incorrect items immediately

Requirements

• Resident in Ireland with a fixed address where deliveries can be received daily
• Legally entitled to work in Ireland
• Available at home during delivery hours
• Close to a post office or courier drop-off point
• Smartphone with WhatsApp and a camera; access to a printer is an advantage
• Reliable, organised and honest; a valid photo ID is required
• Basic English communication

• All shipping labels and costs covered by us; you never pay for anything yourself
