Essential Responsibilities:
- Monitor the parking lot to ensure that it is only used by bank customers
- Assist bank customers with parking
- Give building and traffic directions
- Observe parking areas and report any suspicious activity to the proper authorities
- Act as an Ambassador for TowneBank and present a friendly attitude towards customers
- Keep the parking lot free of trash and debris
- Handle other duties assigned
- Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
Minimum Required Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to interact courteously and professionally with bank visitors
- Good communication skills
- Punctuality and flexibility are a must
Physical Requirements:
- Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
- Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs to stand, lift, bend, stoop, climb and reach and be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Have close visual acuity to perform activities.
- Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
