The Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accommodation Assistant to join our housekeeping team. This role is key to ensuring that every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay at Avalon House Hotel.

Ideal candidates will take pride in their work, enjoy working as part of a supportive team, and have a strong focus on quality and efficiency. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.

What You’ll Do

Clean and service guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas to a high standard.

Ensure all linen, towels, and amenities are replaced and presented neatly.

Report any maintenance issues or lost property promptly.

Work efficiently to meet daily room and area cleaning targets.

Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Assist colleagues and other departments as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Uphold Avalon House Hotel’s reputation for quality and attention to detail in every guest interaction.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning (preferred, not essential).

Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering great work.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
