About The Role

Role Overview:

We are looking for a flexible and reliable person to join our team. The position requires availability Monday to Sunday.

Some Responsibilities Include:

  • Clean allocated rooms and public areas.
  • Restock bathroom and bedroom supplies.
  • Assist guests with requests in a friendly manner.
  • Promote hotel services and amenities.
  • Address guest queries and complaints efficiently.
  • Operate and maintain equipment safely.
  • Use and store cleaning products correctly.
  • Follow health and safety procedures and report accidents.
