We are looking for a structured and responsible administrative employee to support our production’s administrative operations. You’ll have a versatile role focused on planning, registration, and coordination of tasks in our systems.

About us
M.A.R.S. Europe specializes in dismantling, reusing, and recycling large offshore structures in a safe and environmentally responsible way. Since 2019, we’ve been operating at the Port of Frederikshavn, where we make our mark, both physically and professionally.

About the job
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and registering in timekeeping systems
  • Updating our internal system, Mellora
  • Diesel reporting
  • Working in Inextia
  • General administrative tasks as needed

You’ll be part of a team that manages daily operations on site. Your role is to ease the administrative workload so the team can focus on running operations smoothly. You’ll be working in an environment characterized by experience, commitment, and good humor.

We are an international workplace with more than 21 different nationalities, so you’ll meet colleagues with varying levels of Danish and English.

About you
You work systematically and thrive on creating structure and overview in your daily tasks. You take responsibility and follow your assignments through to completion.

We imagine that you:

  • Are comfortable using IT systems and digital tools
  • Can speak and write both Danish and English
  • Can plan and prioritize your tasks independently
  • Have experience from one or more of the following areas: warehousing, bookkeeping, administration, construction, shipyard, or trade work
  • Have a valid driver’s license

Working hours
The position is part-time, 20–25 hours per week. If tasks grow, there may be an opportunity to transition to full-time in the future.
