We are on the lookout for an Advanced Retail Professional to join our Westgate Factory Outlet in Auckland on a PART-TIME basis.
Please note- this role requires availability on both weekdays and weekends to set weekly hours.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:
- Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas Factory Outlet through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
- Identify sales and KPI improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management to address them and drive commercial success
- Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
- Share your customer service experience and train selected team members to fine-tune their service skills
- Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In Store Communication standards
- Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
- Be a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Brand Attitude and Values
