Part-Time Airbnb Cleaner (Detail-Oriented / Flexible Schedule)

This is a part-time position, ideal for cleaners who already have existing clients or jobs and want to fill in gaps in their schedule.

We are a growing Airbnb cleaning company looking to add a few reliable and detail-oriented cleaners who have a high standard to our team.

You will be shown how we prepare airbnbs and rental properties directly by the owner or paired with an experienced cleaner to ensure you are fully prepared before working independently.

Important: This is not a standard house cleaning role. Airbnb turnovers require staging skills, consistency, and strong attention to detail. If you take pride in making beds perfectly, arranging items neatly, and noticing the small things others miss, you’ll be a great fit.

Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare Airbnb units between guest stays

Make beds to a high standard (hotel-style presentation)

Restock and stage spaces consistently

Follow detailed cleaning checklists

Report issues or damages promptly

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail

Reliable and punctual

Ability to work independently after training

Good communication skills

Must be available during required hours

Schedule:

10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
