Job Summary:

We pride ourselves on producing the highest quality baked goods, including cinnamon rolls, variety of muffins and scones, cakes and pastries. You will use your culinary experience to mix ingredients to create unique and delicious items for our customers. As a decorating master, you will produce alluring creations that customers wish to buy, as well as follow instructions for personalized cakes and other pastries. Your organizational skills will be utilized as you ensure that all orders are handled appropriately so that we never run out of ingredients for any of our products.

Duties:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of bread, pastries, and desserts
- Decorate cakes and pastries as per customer requests
- Ensure all baked goods are produced in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and menu items

- Preparing a daily soup and sandwiches, cooking chicken to the proper temperature.
-Preform routine checks on raw ingredients to ensure quality.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a Baker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Familiarity with various baking techniques and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Team Player, able to work well with others
