Part-Time Bar Staff | The Voyager

We are currently seeking Experienced Part-Time Bar Staff to join the Fitzgerald Group in our Dublin City Centre locations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a busy, high-volume bar and will be passionate about creating a welcoming experience for every customer. You will be expected to work efficiently under pressure, demonstrate strong product knowledge, and consistently provide friendly, professional service.

About The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
• Preparing and serving drinks efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene
• Handling busy service periods with confidence and professionalism
• Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Upholding the reputation and service standards of the bar and floor

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a busy bar environment
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
• A passion for hospitality and high service standards
• Flexibility and reliability in relation to shifts and working hours

Required Criteria

• 3+ years previous experience in a high-volume, Irish hospitality venue
