Job Description
We are seeking a versatile Barista/Catering Assistant for a part-time, temporary role in a fast-paced environment in Dublin City. You'll be expected to adapt to different work settings, as our company places you in various locations based on demand. We’re looking for someone who can do a bit of everything—whether it’s working the till, serving food, or preparing beverages—all while showing initiative and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service to all guests
• Stay calm and efficient under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, food items, and handle cash transactions
• Multitask and perform various tasks, including operating the till, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining store cleanliness
• Adhere to Food Safety and hygiene regulations
• Follow management direction across different environments
• Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance for every shift
• Anticipate customer needs and proactively address them
• Work independently in a very fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of barista experience in a fast-paced environment
• Catering experience and ability to serve food (advantage)
• Experience with full barista machines; latte art skills are a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent English, both written and verbal
• Valid work visa
• Flexibility with working hours, shifts, and locations
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently

Hours:

• Part-time role with flexible hours
• Shifts typically between 8am-5pm, but subject to change based on client needs

Location:

• Candidates must be based in Ireland and eligible to work full-time
• Ability to adapt and work in different environments as required
