Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in case management and experience working with clients from al walks of life. This role is essential in providing support and guidance to clients and their families, ensuring that they receive the best possible care and resources.

Duties

• Conduct assessments to determine the needs of clients and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide counselling services to clients and their families, addressing emotional, social, and behavioral issues.
• Manage case files, maintaining accurate data collection for ongoing research and evaluation of client outcomes.
• Facilitate support groups and workshops for clients and families to enhance coping strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with clients.

Experience

• Background in biblical knowledge is highly desirable.
• Strong research skills to support data collection efforts related to client outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for effective interaction with clients, and families.
