We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual for the role of Part-Time Bookkeeper

Bailey Machinery Sales is seeking a dedicated individual to manage our day-to-day accounts, working 5 hours per week, with competitive pay based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

· Complete bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records

· Support monthly management accounts

· Manage VAT returns

· Assist with payroll and liaise with external accountants

· Communicate with customers and suppliers

· General accounts admin and management reporting

What You'll Need:

· Strong bookkeeping experience (essential)

· Experience in the Machinery Sales sector (advantageous)

· Confidence with VAT, and Irish tax processes

· Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

· Proficiency in Excel and accounting software

· Ability to work independently in a busy environment
