Part-Time Bookkeeper Gold Coast

In search of an experienced bookkeeper to help with a family owned business.

Please note: we are not looking for a bookkeeping agency, this is an internal business role.

10 hours per week casual (flexible working hours during business hours). This is a long term position within a friendly, family business.

Role will be home-based, with occasional in-person meetings required at our Arundel location.

This will become a permanent part time role, ideal for someone who has experience with bookkeeping and is looking for stability and wanting to grow with us and our business.

Job will be paid initially at an hourly rate of $40 per hour + Super

Preferred experience and skills:

• Minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Excellent experience using Xero and Excel (we are currently transitioning from QBO)
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

Your responsibilities:

• Data entry, bank reconciliations, running monthly reports
• Weekly payroll processing
• Other ad hoc administrative tasks
