In either the Porter or Breakfast Host position, you'll also assist with maintaining a clean, organized environment and supporting overall hotel operations. Duties

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive for breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service
• Manage guest seating arrangements efficiently, ensuring smooth flow during busy mornings
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food service and address guest needs
• Assist with setting up and clearing breakfast areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Handle guest inquiries in person with professionalism and courtesy

Requirements

• Previous host/hostess or food service experience preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management
• Experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods during shifts
• Knowledge of hotel operations or guest services is beneficial but not required.
• A friendly demeanor to create welcoming interactions is required.
