Part Time Cleaner - Lititz Pa

Cleaning company looking for individuals for evening office cleaning in the Lititz PA area for 3.5 hours per evening (Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays). Shift starts anytime after 5 pm. Positions available immediately.

Qualifications:

· Complete 90 days of probationary period.

. Clear criminal background history

. Valid drivers license and own transportation

· Knowledge of general cleaning, window washing.

· Good people skills.

· Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers.

· Team player and detail oriented.

· Self-motivated.

Responsibilities:

· General cleaning, including, but not limited to: trash removal; dusting; cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices, conference rooms; sweeping and mopping floors; vacuuming floors; window washing; other duties as assigned. Specific duties may vary depending on the List of Specifications required by the client at each location.

· Completing work to standard.

· Being to work on scheduled days and hours.

· Driving record with no major offenses.

· Ability to assist in training new employees, and giving daily direction and work lists.

Physical Requirements:

· Work in a fast paces environment where good physical and mental health is required.

· Ability to bend, turn, stoop, stand, reach high and low, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. for 4 hours per shift.
