About Us: Night Owls Decorators is a busy family-run business managing over 300 properties across Dublin. We are looking for a reliable, energetic person to join our team for afternoon shifts.

The Role: This is primarily a cleaning role, but we value candidates who are handy! You will be working alongside our team to prepare apartments for new tenants.

Hours & Schedule:

• Shift: Afternoons, typically 13:00 – 17:00. Sometimes Saturday.
• Contract: Part-time, Up to 20 hours per week.
• Please Note: While we aim to provide 20 hours regularly, the workload depends on our schedule. Some weeks may be quieter than others. We need someone flexible who understands this.

Location:

• We work in different locations every day (City Centre, South Dublin, Lucan, etc.).
• You need to be able to get to the job sites on time using public transport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep Cleaning: Kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and floors in empty apartments.
• Specialist Cleaning: Carpet and upholstery cleaning (training provided).
• Maintenance Support: Do you have an eye for detail? You may be asked to help with tasks like re-sealing bathtubs (silicone work), assisting with laminate flooring, or painting touch-ups.

Requirements:

• Student Friendly: Ideal for students with morning classes (Stamp 2 holders welcome).
• Visa: You must have a valid right to work in Ireland.
• Language: Basic English is required. Spanish is a big plus (to communicate with the team).
• Skills: Experience in cleaning is required. Any experience with silicone or flooring is a huge bonus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From €14.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
